The bed was super comfy and the staff were really polite. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with lots of upscale shops and restaurants. Loved exploring the area!
The room could have been a bit larger and there could have been more clothes hooks in the bathroom. everything was great.

This place is located in a very nice neighborhood, surrounded by upscale shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they offer great welcome drinks. The rooms are comfortable and come with lots of amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and soundproofed walls. The restaurant has a fantastic menu, and the breakfast options are table served. All in all, this venue offers excellent service and quality in a beautiful location.
This hotel is recommended for families who are looking for a luxurious stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and cute. The design had a lovely boutique and cosy feel. The bathroom was fantastic and spacious. The location in Salamanca was superb.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at Totem, a Small Luxury Hotel Of The World. The location in the Salamanca area was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying shopping. The hotel itself was charming and cozy, with comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. One evening, we requested a bottle of wine to the room, and although it took a bit longer than expected to arrive, it was a minor issue that didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Madrid.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was perfect. The location was superb, surrounded by great shops and in the leafy Salamanca neighborhood. The staff were helpful and friendly. Plus, the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious dishes.

We stayed in a great hotel in the Salamanca district, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a well-stocked mini bar. The bathroom offered nice toiletries and the staff provided excellent service, giving us suggestions for dining and shopping. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast that catered to vegan diets. The hotel has a lovely bar that served amazing cocktails. it was a fantastic location with great facilities.
The room size was a bit small compared to what we expected.

Upscale area, beautiful rooms, great bathrooms and toiletries, spacious and light, good view, excellent location. Professional front desk staff, good breakfast, stylish decor, quiet sleep, no street noise. Great for shopping. Will return. 👍
